1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, fulfillment center location, and third-party supplier handling time. Orders placed during high-demand periods or holidays may experience slight delays, but we’ll always communicate updates proactively.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier used by our fulfillment partners.

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 3–10 business days after processing.
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days after processing, depending on customs and local postal operations.

Note: PCOY currently ships within the U.S. and select international regions. Some items may have geographic shipping restrictions due to product formulations or regulatory requirements (e.g., CBD-based items).


3. Third-Party Fulfillment

PCOY curates and partners with independent manufacturers and suppliers who ship directly from their facilities. As such, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times if products are fulfilled by multiple vendors.

Each item will have its own tracking number (if applicable), which will be sent via email once your order is shipped. PCOY ensures all vendors comply with our quality and ethical standards before shipment.


4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at projectmob112@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter promptly.


5. Domestic Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal and state regulations, certain wellness or hemp-derived products may not be shipped to specific states or territories. We comply with all applicable shipping laws and reserve the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot be lawfully delivered.


6. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

We recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an international order to understand any applicable charges or restrictions.


7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

PCOY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier has marked them as delivered. However, we’re committed to helping you resolve any shipping issues.

If your order arrives damaged or you suspect theft, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged package. We will work directly with our fulfillment partner to resolve the matter where possible.


8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot reroute packages or guarantee delivery to addresses entered incorrectly. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


9. Pre-Orders & Backorders

Some PCOY-curated products may be offered as pre-orders or temporarily backordered. Estimated shipping dates will be noted on the product page or via follow-up communication. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for pre-order items shipped separately.


10. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure timely and safe delivery. The carrier used for your order will depend on the product’s origin and destination.
